Nostalgia
Nostalgia
Groshek Art Gallery 2136 N. Halsted Chicago, IL 60614
Opening September 16
Nostalgia is defined as a longing for the past, a wistful affection for a period or place that holds personal significance. For an artist, this feeling can be translated in many different ways.
At Groshek Gallery, the sentiment will be explored through a series of artists and their personal interpretation of nostalgia. For some, this means displaying an older work, something created during a time for which the artist holds a special fondness. For others, they created new works that represented their personal nostalgia.
Nina at The Atlantic Gallery
Nina has been invited to participate in a group show this summer at the Atlantic Gallery in NYC! All works are constrained to a 12x12x12 format.
